Wood Buffalo Way-Roadside Drainage Improvements
Introduction:
The Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo advises residents that its contractor will be performing follow-up work on ditches constructed in 2025 to ensure project requirements are met. Work is expected to begin in the coming days and be completed by October 31, 2026.

Project Details:
The contractor will correct the identified deficiencies constructed last year. Work will be limited to those specific locations and affected areas will be restored after the corrections are completed.
Community Benefit:
The work will address areas requiring additional attention and help ensure proper drainage throughout the project area.
Construction Impacts:
No road closures are anticipated. Please use caution near work areas and follow all posted construction signs and directions from workers.
Notice for residents:
The schedule may change because of weather or other unforeseen conditions. The contractor may work at different identified locations during this period.
