📢 PROGRAM UPDATE – EFFECTIVE JUNE 17, 2026

The WBRS Board of Directors has approved changes to the Golf Tournament Reimbursement Program effective June 17, 2026. To ensure more members have access to funding throughout the golf season, the program will move to a monthly funding model.

Additional Funding for 2026

The Board has approved a one-time funding increase of $2,000 for 2026.

Funding Available for the Remainder of the 2026 Season

  • July: $1,000
  • August: $1,000

Once a month's funding has been fully allocated, the program will close until the first day of the following month.

Important Information

  • Funding for May and June 2026 has been fully allocated. No additional reimbursement requests for tournaments held in May or June 2026 will be accepted.
  • July tournaments must be reimbursed using July funding.
  • August tournaments must be reimbursed using August funding.
  • Any unused monthly funding will be carried forward to the following month.

The Golf Tournament Reimbursement Program helps WBRS members participate in golf tournaments by reimbursing a portion of their registration fees.

WBRS members may receive a reimbursement of up to $100 toward an eligible golf tournament registration fee.

  • Maximum reimbursement: $100
  • One reimbursement per member, per calendar year
  • Reimbursements are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to available funding

To be eligible for reimbursement:

✅ You must be a registered WBRS member.

✅ The tournament must have already taken place.

✅ Each golfer must submit their own reimbursement request.

✅ Reimbursement requests must include all required supporting documentation.

Please include:

  • Completed and signed reimbursement form
  • Proof of tournament registration
  • Proof of payment

  • Reimbursement requests submitted before a tournament takes place will not be processed.
  • Funding is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Golf tournaments are not eligible for reimbursement through the GLOW Program.
  • The WBRS Board reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this program, in whole or in part, at any time.
