A wrap-up of the festive 2025 Santa Claus Parade and Council’s Starry Night! Faced with extreme cold, organizers pivoted quickly, turning the parade into a popular drive-thru event. Residents stayed warm in their cars and free buses while enjoying dazzling floats. The evening began with Council’s Starry Night, featuring holiday cheer from the Mayor and Councillors, plus the annual tree and tipi lighting.
