Property tax notices were sent in May and payment was due June. 30.
To support community members affected by COVID-19 and the April flood, in 2020 property tax payments could be deferred until Sept. 30. In addition to deferring payments, the initial late penalty and penalties on outstanding balances have been waived until Oct. 1, 2020, with further late penalties being waived for the remainder of the year.
Property taxes may be paid by any of these options.
