Community Cleanup Kickoff rescheduled for May 21
The event has been postponed due to inclement weather.
The Community Cleanup Kickoff event, originally scheduled for May 14, has been rescheduled to May 21 due to inclement weather.
The decision to postpone was made with both safety and volunteer experience in mind. With cool temperatures and rain in the immediate forecast, organizers want to ensure that the kickoff is a positive experience for everyone involved.
Event Details:
- New Date: Thursday, May 21, 2026
- Time: 12 – 1:30 p.m.
- Location: kiyām Community Park
- Supplies will be provided. No need to register.
All residents, businesses and community groups are encouraged to join us on the new date for a successful – and hopefully much sunnier – start to the cleanup season.
