REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF WOOD BUFFALO

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND ENHANCEMENT
ACT

NOTICE OF DECISION

In accordance with the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act, Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo has applied to Environment and Protected Areas for an amendment to an existing approval 689-03-00. The operation is located at the Wood Buffalo Lift Station Lot 70 PUL, Blk. 11, Plan 0023121, 272 Woodward Lane, Fort McMurray, Alberta.

The Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act may provide you a right of appeal against this decision to the Alberta Environmental Appeals Board. You should note that there are strict time lines for filing an appeal dependent on the type of appeal. If you choose to appeal this decision, please contact:
