Updated – A Public Hearing is set for Tuesday, September 29th, 2026, regarding a proposed amendment to Land Use Bylaw No. 26/001 to redesignate a portion of the lands legally described as NW-2-89-9-4, municipally addressed as 166 Draper Road, from EP – Environmental Preservation District to EP2 – Environmental Preservation 2 District.
A Public Hearing is schedule for September 22, 2026, regarding sign regulations for the Land Use Bylaw 26/001.
The Subdivision and Development Appeal Board for the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo has received an appeal against a Development Officer’s Refusal of Development Permit No. 2026-DP-00266, an application for a Single Detached Dwelling with Attached Garage, Rear Uncovered Deck (2.74m x 3.81m), at the property known as Lot 75, Block 1, Plan 8021827, being 111 Graham Place, Fort McMurray, Alberta. A hearing has been scheduled for September 9, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.
