Regional Emergency Services (RES) is launching a public engagement to gather feedback on local Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and ambulance services. Between Sept.23 and Nov.17 residents are encouraged to share their experience from the first momentsan ambulance arrives on scene at an emergency, the transport to hospital in the ambulance, and the transfer into the hospital.
